Our company is Total Construction Industry and Trade Ltd. The company was founded in Istanbul in 1997. Between 1997 and 2003, he restored historical monuments in Istanbul to their original state, undertook seismic strengthening works of buildings after the 1999 earthquake, and carried out seismic strengthening works of cement factory chimneys and port piers.

Between 2003 and 2006, the company completed the turnkey construction (2 provinces) and renovation (3 provinces) of printing press buildings in 5 different provinces of the Republic of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the German company Heidelberg. During the same period, it completed the turnkey construction of a wool factory for the private sector near the city of Ashgabat.

Our company, which increased its activities between 2007 and 2014, completed 21 projects. All of these projects were carried out for the State of Turkmenistan. The completed projects cover an area of ​​280,356 m2 on a 454,720 m2 plot of land, with a total contract value of US$270,110,775. With 1,600 employees, our company completed and put into use 3 residential projects (totaling 158 apartments and 57,937 m2 of enclosed area) and 1 monument project on the same day, October 1, 2014. Currently, our company has 1,100 employees and is working on 3 projects. These projects encompass a total land area of ​​145,500 m2 with a covered area of ​​76,513 m2, and the total contract value is US$74,936,347.
